Border Patrol Watch was created by Jenn Budd. She is a former Senior Patrol Agent and Acting Supervisory Border Patrol Agent in Campo, CA and a Senior Intelligence Agent at San Diego Sector Headquarters. She was responsible for bringing forward the truth and operations of the illegal and unauthorized BP Critical Incident Teams and the agency's rampant rape culture.

BP Watch is a collective of border residents and activists concerned about the militarization of our communities by the US Border Patrol. The media and government have failed to show the truth about the agency's propaganda, deadly pursuits and how many of its own agents are committing crimes that are far more dangerous to the public than a migrant crossing a man-made line.

The purpose of BP Watch is to provide information and news on the operations and brutality of the US Border Patrol, to create a place where research and information is held in one place and to affect change that will shine a light on the atrocities committed by this agency and its out of control agents. Jenn and Marianna discuss Tucson Border Patrol agents leaving asylum families on the border during a snow storm claiming they have no means to get to them. Yet, senior citizen samaritans not only rescued the families, they brought them to the station. For their heroic work, agents cursed them and threatened to arrest the elders.
